The Company has 6 acres do in culture with 3000 olive trees.
The varieties in cultivation are: Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo.

Our company learned new techniques of natural and non-irrigation uses no chemical treatment at any time of year.
The olives are harvested 10/15 days before their full maturation to keep intact their physicochemical properties.
Are brought into our freshly picked olive press and pressed immediately.
The oil we produce is a medium fruity, extra virgine olive oil biological DOP.
The analyzes are performed each year on oil product loss between the many positive indicators about the high organoleptic characteristics, a high content of polyphenols, a good balance between saturated and polyunsaturated acids.
Our oil has won several national competitions.
